Hi, I’m Kjerstin, principal designer and founder of Chapter + Home.

For twenty years, I served my community as a school counselor, working closely with students and families during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. That experience shaped the way I see people—and the way I approach design
today.

I believe that a home is more than a beautiful space. It is where stories unfold, where memories are made, and where the rhythms of everyday life take shape.

As a wife and mother of three college-aged children, I understand firsthand how deeply our homes influence the way we gather, grow, and connect. My work at Chapter + Home is rooted in that
understanding.

I bring a thoughtful and collaborative approach to the design process—helping clients uncover their priorities, articulate their vision, and translate it into spaces that feel both refined and deeply personal.

My goal is to create homes that honor your story, celebrate your memories, and provide a beautiful backdrop for the life you are living now.
